Beutum Tablet is used to treat symptoms like swelling, pain, and stiffness of joints associated with Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Ankylosing Spondylitis
Beutum Tablet is used to treat symptoms like stiffness and pain associated with Ankylosing Spondylitis.

With age and repetitive use, the cartilage covering bones in joints starts to degrade, rusulting in limitation of movement Pain and swelling. Several studies demonstrated that tablet beutum is effective in controlling osteoarthritis (OA), showing a structure-modifying action. However, little is known about the molecular mechanism(s) by which ingredients exerts such action and about the effects of ingredients at a tissue level on osteoarthritic cartilage and other joint structures. Here we provide mechanistic evidence suggesting that in vitro ingredients attenuates NF-κB activation at concentrations in the range of those observed after Beutum administration to volunteers and patients, thus strengthening previous findings. Furthermore, we describe the effects of Beutum at a tissue level on the progression of the disease in a relevant model of spontaneous OA, the STR/ort mouse. In this model, the administration of ingredients at human corresponding doses was associated with a significant decrease of OA scores. Histomorphometry showed that the lesion surface was also significantly decreased, while the number of viable chondrocytes within the matrix was significantly increased. Beutum improved the course of OA in the STR/Ort mouse, by delaying cartilage breakdown as assessed histologically and histomorphometrically.
How should take Beutum tables?
Recommended daily intake; Adults and children over 12 years of age should take one to two tablets daily with a main meal, Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person or as directed by the physician.
